Institutions such as universities wishing to provide all their students with free access to the website directly from personal computers can do so by contacting us for details.
Access to the website is equivalent to a 12 months’ subscription which will remain valid until at least 2015, without the need for further annual payment. (See T&C).
Prices are inclusive of tax.

Educational use of the website

Teachers are permitted to download recordings, dictation preparation and corrections within the context of their teaching activities. Any other reproduction for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Invoicing

An invoice is automatically issued for each order.

Accessing the whole website

Step 1. On receipt of payment, a password is emailed to the subscriber (the username being the email address entered when subscribing). Click on the tab “User forum” and fill in the information.

Step 2. The forwarded password is accompanied by one or more personalised links depending on the number of computers registered (e.g. see: http://www.porthor.com/index.php4?page=in-connexion&login=votre_etablissement&utilisateur=10&poste=5&lang=en). Enter the link in favourites (one link per computer).

Using the link contained in the email sent to the subscriber, install a shortcut on the computer desktop by right clicking on the mouse.
Step 3. Then to access the site, simply:

• Click on the link included in favourites
• Or click on the shortcut if installed on the desktop
• Or click on the tab “User forum” and fill in the details.

Lifetime of the website

Access to the website is guaranteed until at least 2015. New versions of the website will offer free access.
